OPUS Soccer Terms and Conditions

Welcome to OPUS Soccer. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by OPUS Soccer (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including soccer coaching sessions, camps, events, and any other services we may offer (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing, using, or engaging in our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our Services.
1. Services Provided
OPUS Soccer offers a range of soccer coaching services, including private lessons, group training sessions, camps, and other related activities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
To participate in OPUS Soccer Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf.
3. Registration and Account Creation
To register for any coaching session, event, or other Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for our Services are outlined at the time of registration or booking. Payments must be made in full before the start of the session or event, unless otherwise agreed. OPUS Soccer accepts various payment methods, and the availability of payment options will be listed during the booking process. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Private Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be non-refundable.
Camps and Events: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of a camp or event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by OPUS Soccer.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants in OPUS Soccer programs are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, safety, and fairness. This includes, but is not limited to:
Treating coaches, staff, and other participants with respect.
Maintaining good sportsmanship at all times.
Following all safety guidelines set by OPUS Soccer and event organizers.
Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in removal from a session or event without a refund.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in OPUS Soccer’s Services, you acknowledge that soccer and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You agree to release OPUS Soccer, its coaches, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation in our programs, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by OPUS Soccer, including but not limited to training materials, logos, website content, and instructional videos, is the intellectual property of OPUS Soccer and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
OPUS Soccer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will take effect as soon as it is published. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OPUS Soccer operates. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction.
