WHAT DOES YOUR TRAINING OR PREPARATION LOOK LIKE?

The first thing I focus on when it comes to preparation is getting proper sleep. Making sure I get around 8 hours is really important for recovery and performance. Alongside that, having a healthy pre-match meal is key, as it gives you the right energy to stay sharp and perform well throughout the game.

WHAT’S ONE MENTAL SKILL THAT PLAYERS OVERLOOK?

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR YOUNGER PLAYERS AIMING TO MAKE IT PRO?

Being prepared for the physical side of the game, as well as the speed at which everything happens, is really important when stepping up. Once you can handle those two aspects, it becomes easier to focus on improving the other parts of your game. Things start to fall into place naturally as you adjust and build confidence.
